Installation
Step 1: download the editor from this site
Step 2: use a software like WinRAR to unzip the downloaded .rar file
Step 3: use a FTP software like CuteFTP to connect to your destination web hosting directory, such as your university/institute webspace.
Step 4: upload all the files and folders in the unzipped directory to your remote web directory
Step 5: (Your server probably needs you to do this step, but try to install the script first without making any following mod changes) Change directories "/" (your homepage root dir), "/admin/script/", "/award/", "/biography/", "/course/", "/education/", "/gallery/", "/news/", "/personal/", "/professional/", "/publication/", "/research/", "/resume/", "/software/", "/student/", and files "/admin/script/ftype.txt" and "/admin/script/pages.txt" into mod "0777"
Change all the template files under "/template/" directory into mod "0777".
FTP software can help you do it to change the directory mod.
Step 6: open the IE web browser, and type in the link: link-to-your-webspace/admin/script/install.php (remember to remove this "install.php" file after you complete the installation)
Step 7: the installation script will ask you to input your admin username and password. You input them accordingly and memorize them
